We can readily help those Americans (who are to make business transactions with Japanese counterparts or clients in various fields, or those who are to travel in Japan, or even those who just have questions about things in Japan) prepare well for their respective purposes.

We all know that some aspects of "etiquette" in a culture may not be etiquette at all in a separate culture. Each language has its uniquness, not only in its sound and grammatical system, but also in its culturally conditioned expressions. These conversational rules, or cultural aspects, are often quite suttle and difficult for non-native speakers of the language to perceive. A violation in some of these systems or rules in any language, or in culture, results in misunderstanding, or even in a breakdown in communication.

We will help Americans understand these language and cultural differences before they go to Japan. We can help our clients either individually, or by conducting a workshop for a group of people.
